Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date
- Items must be returned in their original packaging when applicable
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or other reasons, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards or vouchers
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us first. We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, subject to product availability.
Exchanges are subject to the same return eligibility requirements as regular returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check the following:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
